🌟 Unveiling the Journey Behind Sushrutha: From Dream to Design 🌟 Sharing my Figma design for Sushrutha, a medical website that has been a labor of love and hard work. The journey to this final design has been nothing short of exhilarating. After pitching the idea during the VIT AP Shark Tank, I realized that while the dream was glorious, bringing it to life required a tremendous amount of effort. Inspired and determined, I embarked on this entrepreneurial journey with my venture partner Josyula Shanmukha SaiBrihadeesh. We began with thorough market research to understand the needs and gaps in the medical website landscape. This led us to conceptualize the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) with essential features that would provide maximum value to our users. Next, we focused on the branding proposals, theme, and logo for Sushrutha. Choosing the right palette and finalizing the features for the MVP was a crucial step in aligning our vision with the needs of our target audience. With the groundwork laid, we moved on to building the prototype. Using Figma, Josyula Shanmukha SaiBrihadeesh and I meticulously curated the design, ensuring it was user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with our brand identity. Finally, we shared the MVP with stakeholders and were thrilled to receive positive reviews. Their feedback validated our hard work and fuelled our passion to continue refining and enhancing Sushrutha. This journey has taught me the importance of perseverance, collaboration, and attention to detail. From countless brainstorming sessions to the intricate design and development phases, every step has been a labor of love, driven by our mission to provide an experience that reflects our brand’s values of inclusivity, style, and community. Here’s a closer look at the journey so far: Vision and Planning: Early on, our team came together to define what we wanted this digital experience to represent. We aimed to create a platform that is more than just a place to shop; it’s a space where visitors can explore, get inspired, and feel connected to a community. Design and User Experience: We focused heavily on designing an interface that feels welcoming and intuitive. Every section, every image, every interaction was crafted with the user in mind, ensuring that anyone who visits feels a seamless blend of aesthetics and usability. Content and Engagement: We carefully curated content to bring out the essence of Silisoul, from fashion insights to styling guidance. Our goal was to make the browsing experience feel like a personal discovery, where visitors can easily find looks that resonate with their individual style. Development and Refinement: Building this platform has required collaboration across multiple teams, from design to tech. We’re now in the fine-tuning phase, ensuring that every feature works perfectly and aligns with our vision. It’s been an exciting journey full of learning and growth, and seeing it all come together is incredibly rewarding. After 8 months of hard work and continuous iterations, we are about to launch our virtual try-on platform at FASHN! 👚 Here is a demo video showcasing what our try-on platform will look like. We had many exciting conversations in the past months with fashion brands, from early startups to established enterprises, about how this technology can help their business. Our vision for this product is to have a positive impact on all participants in the fashion industry. Here are some examples: - Early fashion startups will have a lower entry barrier to create engaging content by being able to postpone expensive photoshoots to a later stage. - Enterprises and fashion models can collaborate remotely, opening the modeling market globally and helping brands work with diverse models, boosting local economies. - Photographers and models can cooperate directly, outside the scope of a brand commission, to create stock photos that can be shared and even re-used for any virtual photoshoot in the world. We are still in the early stages of how this will unfold, but we are looking forward to working together with our customers to find the best applications for this technology.
