Oliver Marketing’s Post

One of the critical aspects of effective lighting design is understanding the impact of color temperature. During a recent visit to Lightheaded Lighting’s showroom in Coquitlam, BC, our Jayson Savage had the opportunity to see firsthand how different color temperatures can influence the appearance and ambiance of a space. Color temperature, measured in Kelvins (K), affects how light renders colors and the overall mood of a room. In the picture below, you can see a practical demonstration of various color temperatures ranging from warm (lower Kelvin) to cool (higher Kelvin). Notice how each setting changes the look of the products on display. • Warm White (2700K-3000K): Creates a cozy, inviting atmosphere, ideal for residential settings and hospitality environments. • Neutral White (3500K-4100K): Offers a balance between warm and cool, perfect for offices and retail spaces where a welcoming yet professional ambiance is desired. • Cool White (5000K-6500K): Provides a crisp, invigorating light, suitable for task lighting and environments where clarity and focus are paramount, such as workshops and commercial kitchens. Lightheaded Lighting ’s advanced fixtures allow for precise control of color temperature, ensuring that every space can be perfectly tailored to its intended use and aesthetic. Their innovative solutions highlight the importance of selecting the right color temperature to enhance both functionality and design. #LightingDesign #ColorTemperature #LightheadedLighting #OliverMarketing #PNW #NorCal
