Turning Setbacks into Success: My Recent Experience I recently faced an unexpected challenge when my store on LemonSqueezy.com was mistakenly deactivated. As someone who values LemonSqueezy for its lower fees compared to Gumroad, this was a significant disruption. However, it provided an opportunity to showcase my adaptability and problem-solving skills. Here’s How I Managed the Situation: 1. Rapid Adaptation: To ensure continuity, I quickly transitioned my store to Gumroad. I re-uploaded all my no-code templates, Framer components, and posters, ensuring that customers continued to have access to my products. 2. Customer Focus: Maintaining customer trust was my top priority. By acting swiftly and transparently, I minimized disruption and kept my customers satisfied. 3. Process Improvement: This experience underscored the importance of having robust contingency plans. I’ve refined my processes to handle such challenges more effectively in the future. 4. Looking Forward: While I prefer LemonSqueezy for its favorable fee structure, the move to Gumroad opened up new opportunities and helped me improve my approach. I’m grateful for the support I received during this time and am excited about the future. Have you faced similar challenges in your business? I’d love to hear your stories and solutions! Let’s Connect! I’m always interested in discussing innovations, solutions, and new opportunities. Yesterday (and today) were all about getting stuck in and making things happen. 💪 There’s something incredibly satisfying about rolling up your sleeves, tackling challenges head-on, and turning ideas into real progress. Working alongside like-minded people makes it even better. Vineta (pictured) and I spent a good few hours in the new warehouse yesterday, cracking on and getting the job done. It’s very much a “she points, I do” kind of strategy, but it works! Honestly, there isn’t a job she can’t do… except drive the forklift (for now!). Together, we moved mountains (and plenty of stock), with loads of laughs in between. Getting things done isn’t just a task—it’s a mindset. It’s something we all share at IMP & MAKER, and days like these remind me how proud I am to be part of this team. #MakingThingsHappen #Teamwork #ImpAndMaker #GettingItDone #WarehouseAdventures

Did you know? - *Lamborghini* started as a tractor company. - *Samsung* began as a grocery store. - *LG* first launched as a facial cream brand. - *IKEA* originally sold pens. The lesson here is simple: where you start doesn't define where you’ll end up. Your current situation is just one chapter of your story, not the whole book. Success is built step by step, with persistence, patience, and small improvements each day. So stay strong, keep experimenting, aim to get 1% better every day, and remember – many of the greatest successes come from the most unexpected places.

🌾 Product Management Lessons from Pongal and Lohri 🔥 As we celebrate Pongal and Lohri, two festivals that honor hard work, gratitude, and community, I couldn’t help but draw parallels to product management: 1️⃣ Harvesting Success: These festivals celebrate the fruits of months of effort. Similarly, every product launch represents the culmination of research, planning, and execution. Success feels like a well-earned harvest. 2️⃣ Iterate for the Next Season: Farmers prepare for the next crop cycle after harvest, just like product managers focus on continuous improvement—refining, iterating, and planning the next big milestone. 3️⃣ Collaboration is Key: Pongal and Lohri emphasize community. In product development, cross-functional collaboration between teams is the foundation of success. 4️⃣ Customer Gratitude: Farmers thank nature for their harvest, and as PMs, we thank our users. Customer feedback is our guiding light, helping us grow and evolve. 5️⃣ Balancing Tradition with Innovation: These festivals honor traditions while adapting to modern lifestyles. Similarly, great products honor their essence while constantly innovating to stay relevant. Pongal and Lohri remind us to pause, reflect, and celebrate the journey. Let’s take a moment to appreciate the small wins, team efforts, and the community that makes our work meaningful. Wishing everyone a joyful and prosperous Pongal and Lohri! 🌟 What are you celebrating or reflecting on this festive season? #Pongal #Lohri #ProductManagement #Gratitude #Innovation
