This Thanksgiving, we’re taking a moment to reflect on all the things we’re grateful for. We are reminded every day of the privilege it is to help people and businesses move toward new beginnings, new opportunities, and brighter futures. First and foremost, we’re thankful for our incredible team. Their hard work, dedication, and heart make every move not just smooth, but meaningful. They show up every day ready to go the extra mile, making sure our clients feel cared for during what can be a stressful time. And to our amazing clients—you are the reason we do what we do. Thank you for trusting us with your homes, your businesses, your memories, and your dreams. Each move we’re part of isn’t just about getting from point A to point B—it’s about being there for you during one of life’s big transitions. Your trust and support inspire us to keep improving and growing. This time of year reminds us that what we do is about so much more than trucks and boxes. It’s about community. Every home we help you settle into, every mile we drive, and every care-filled moment we spend packing and unpacking is a reminder that we’re moving lives, not just belongings. Being part of your journey is a privilege we never take lightly ❤️. From all of us at Olympia, we wish you a Happy Thanksgiving filled with joy, love, and gratitude. Thank you for letting us be part of your journey. #thanksgiving2024 #gratitude #grateful #happyholidays #thanksgiving #thankyou

Thankful? When Life Feels Like a Mess Hello Beautiful ! It’s Thanksgiving, and everyone says we should be thankful. But how? Look around. Life is full of problems. Maybe you’re dealing with health scares or struggling to raise your kids. Maybe you’re worried about money, you hate your job, or don’t have one at all. It feels like everyone else is celebrating, but you’re just trying to get through the day. It’s hard to feel thankful when everything seems to be falling apart. When life is tough, it’s easy to find proof that it sucks. You start thinking, "Why me?" or "Nothing’s going right." You might see other people enjoying Thanksgiving, while you’re stressed and barely making it through. And yeah, it feels unfair. You find a hundred reasons to prove that things are bad, and it feels like the more you think about it, the more reasons you find. But here's the thing: what if you had one small thought, just for a second, that was different? Not a big, life-changing thought—just something simple. Like, “At least I have a roof over my head” or “I’ve got one person who cares about me.” That tiny shift doesn’t fix everything, but it helps you find one thing to be thankful for. It’s not about pretending everything’s great. It’s just about finding one little thing to hold onto when everything else feels heavy. Starting with that one small thought can make a difference, even if it doesn’t seem like much at first. It’s like a little spark. Life might still be hard, but maybe you’ll start to notice another thing to be thankful for. Maybe it’s a hot meal, a warm bed, or just that the day is almost over. Sometimes, it’s enough to get through the day. #sandithecourageouscoach #50andsomuchmore #beautiful #disastertodecider #selfcoaching

Taking time off is essential—not only to recharge and stay effective in the workplace 💼 but also as a reminder to appreciate the people who support us on our professional journeys. I'm deeply grateful to have had the last few days to reflect, spend time with friends and family, and enjoy the holiday season 🍂. It's easy to get caught up in the professional demands of the present and past, but moments like these, coupled with a little mandatory time off (thank you, Matthew Wade & Aionios LLC!), provide an opportunity to pause and recognize what truly matters: the people, the connections 🤝, and the balance we strive for every day ⚖️. Our work is important. It fuels us financially, personally, and sometimes even creatively. But balance is key. With the right approach, we can nurture both our personal and professional lives—and yes, we really can have our cake and eat it too. Here's to gratitude, balance, and making time for what matters most 🌟. #Family #WorkLifeBalance #Hiring #Grateful #Opportunities

One of my favorite Thanksgiving memories was during my freshman year of college. I traveled with my two brothers down to our sister's place in Chicago, where another sister met us. That's right. It was just us 5 siblings, all between the ages 18-26. And it was my first thanksgiving without my parents. We all stayed there for 4 days together. We went to the zoo, we ate leftovers and pie all weekend (7 pies for 5 people is normal right?), we watched movies, and we played games. I don't remember that much about that actual Thanksgiving Day in 2009, only the overall vibes of the whole weekend. We were family. We hung out, spent time together, we bonded, grew new connections, and core memories unlocked. I'm thankful that I had that experience. It was one of the last times I was truly able to spend time with my siblings like that. We went through college, found jobs, established careers, and started our own families. Things change (more on this later this weekend). And though thanksgiving feels different now, I'm thankful for my new life too. I have my own family. I have in-laws who I spend holidays with. I have new stories, start family traditions, try new culinary dishes, and reflect more on gratitude than I did back in 2009. I hope your holiday is a time of forming new core memories, connections and bonds, and growing with others. But if it isn't, that's okay too. Holidays won't always be the same. It's sorta the magic of life. And this year I'm finding myself thankful for change. For the change that was a catalyst for growth in my heart, mind, and soul. For coworkers shifting positions, prompting me to seek more outside of myself. For new family rhythms, forcing me to dial in on what is most important to my life. Change. We can all change. We can all grow. We can all learn. And change is one of the most beautiful experiences to participate in or witness. #thankful #gratitude #lifelonglearning #growthmindset

As we gather to celebrate Thanksgiving, I’m reminded of the simple yet profound power of gratitude. When we take a moment to focus on what we’re thankful for, we invite more joy, positivity, and abundance into our lives. Here’s a list of things we can all be thankful for this year: 1️⃣ Health: Whether it’s perfect or a work in progress, we’re here. 2️⃣ Relationships: Family, friends, mentors, colleagues—our connections enrich our lives. 3️⃣ Opportunities: Every challenge this year taught us resilience and growth. 4️⃣ Moments of Joy: The small wins, shared laughs, or quiet moments brightening our days. 5️⃣ Community: The power of togetherness, whether online or offline, inspires us. Gratefulness shifts our focus from what we lack to what we already have. It’s not just about looking back but also about creating space for future happiness. After all, gratitude is contagious—share it, and watch it grow! This Thanksgiving, let’s take a moment to reflect: What’s one thing you’re most grateful for this year? I’d love to hear your thoughts! #Thanksgiving2024 #Gratitude #Happiness #PositiveMindset #Thankful

A Different Kind of Thankful Thanksgiving is here, and most of us are thinking about what we’re grateful for—family, friends, health, good food. Those are the easy ones, right? But lately, I’ve been reflecting on the not-so-obvious things we might not immediately feel thankful for. You know, the hard stuff: stressful workdays, tough conversations, or plans that didn’t go the way we wanted. Here’s the thing: those moments shape us just as much (if not more) than the easy ones. They refine us, challenge us, and—if we let them—grow us into stronger, wiser, and more compassionate people. In 1 Thessalonians 5:18, we’re encouraged to “Give thanks in all circumstances.” Not just when life feels great, but in all of it. It’s a reminder that even the messy, uncomfortable parts of life can have a purpose. Gratitude doesn’t mean ignoring the hard stuff; it’s about trusting that there’s growth, wisdom, or blessing hidden somewhere in it. And when you shift your perspective, it’s amazing how challenges become opportunities and setbacks feel less overwhelming. So this Thanksgiving, I’m reminding myself to give thanks for all of it—the joys, the struggles, and even the things I don’t fully understand yet. What’s something unexpected that you’re thankful for this year? Wishing you a season filled with gratitude, growth, and maybe a new way of seeing your blessings. #Thanksgiving #Gratitude #Perspective #ThankfulInAllThings

As we celebrate Thanksgiving, I find myself reflecting deeply on how much I have to be thankful for. Looking back at my younger self, I could never have imagined the life I live today. Growing up as a refugee, life was filled with uncertainty. Coming to America was a dream, but it wasn’t a promise. I didn’t follow the "traditional" path—college wasn’t in the cards for me after high school—but I refused to let that define what I could achieve. The journey hasn’t been easy. There were moments when I doubted myself, when challenges felt insurmountable, and when the future seemed uncertain. But through it all, I’ve learned one thing: gratitude and hard work can carry you farther than you ever imagined. Today, as I sit with my family and reflect, I am overwhelmed with thankfulness. I am grateful for the opportunities I’ve had, the people who have supported me, and even the struggles that taught me resilience. I’m thankful for this country, which gave me a chance to dream bigger than my circumstances. Most of all, I’m thankful for the lessons my past has taught me and for the incredible journey that brought me here. This post isn’t just about me—it’s about all of us. It’s about the power of possibility, no matter where you start. It’s about embracing your story, no matter how unconventional or challenging it might seem, and using it as a foundation to build the life you want. To anyone out there doubting their journey: Remember, where you start doesn’t define where you can go. Your struggles can become your greatest strength. On this Thanksgiving, I encourage you to reflect on your own journey and the blessings that have shaped your life. Whether big or small, there is always something to be thankful for. Thank you to everyone who has been part of my story—you’ve helped me more than you know. And to those still on their journey: keep going. The best is yet to come. Happy Thanksgiving! 🦃🍂 #Thanksgiving #Gratitude #Resilience #Inspiration #ImmigrantStory #NeverGiveUp

🍂 Happy Thanksgiving: A Time to Reflect, Appreciate, and Give Back 🍂 Thanksgiving is more than a holiday—it’s a moment to pause and truly reflect on what matters most in our lives. Today, I want to share my gratitude for two families that mean the world to me: my loved ones and the incredible community that surrounds me in business. To my family and friends: You are my foundation. Your support, love, and laughter fill my life with purpose and joy. You remind me daily that success isn’t just about what we achieve but about who we share it with. To my business family: You are more than colleagues, partners, and clients—you are my second family. Together, we’ve built something extraordinary, and it’s because of the trust, collaboration, and shared vision we have for success. Taking care of each other, supporting each other, and celebrating our wins together is what makes this journey so meaningful.
