What comes to mind when you hear the word “pyramid”? Egypt, right? In IT Outsourcing, however, a "pyramid" can also help define a cost-effective team structure that meets project goals efficiently. In IT outsourcing, various team structures are often referred to as "seniority pyramids." This concept illustrates how team members with different levels of experience (junior, middle, senior) are distributed within a project team.
