Our initiatives include utilising innovative technology for water reduction, adopting eco-friendly cleaning products, and developing sustainable Standard Operating Procedures. This ensures that sustainability is woven into every aspect of our service delivery, from daily operations to long-term strategies.” Establishing the Environment Champions group was central to Omni FM's sustainable approach. This team organises regular workshops and training sessions on sustainability topics, facilitates communication between management and staff on environmental issues, leads company-wide initiatives to reduce waste, conserve energy, and lower water usage, and oversees our Environment Champion award scheme, which recognises and rewards team members for their contributions in this area. In collaboration with our partners, we promote sustainability by offering eco-friendly options and assisting them in adopting green practices. This partnership extends our environmental impact beyond our immediate operations. By setting a high standard for sustainability, we encourage other companies in the housekeeping industry to adopt similar practices.
