It helps them handle challenges, adapt to changes, and overcome setbacks. 🌱💪 I recall a pupil who would tear up whenever she couldn’t solve a puzzle or if her friends didn’t agree with her. With some encouragement, breathing exercises, and stories, she gradually learned to pause, take a deep breath, and try again. By the end of the term, she was handling setbacks much better! 🌈 Here are a few simple ways to foster resilience in young children: 1. 𝑻𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉 𝑬𝒎𝒐𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑽𝒐𝒄𝒂𝒃𝒖𝒍𝒂𝒓𝒚: Help them label their feelings to express themselves better. 2. 𝑴𝒐𝒅𝒆𝒍 𝑪𝒐𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑺𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒆𝒔: Let children see how you handle stress calmly. 3. 𝑬𝒏𝒄𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒂𝒈𝒆 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒃𝒍𝒆𝒎-𝑺𝒐𝒍𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒈: Guide them to think of solutions instead of fixing things for them. 4. 𝑪𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝒂 𝑪𝒂𝒍𝒎 𝑪𝒐𝒓𝒏𝒆𝒓: A quiet place for self-reflection helps them regulate emotions. 5. 𝑪𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒃𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝑬𝒇𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒔: Focus on the effort, not just results, to nurture a growth mindset. 𝑯𝒐𝒘 𝒅𝒐 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒃𝒖𝒊𝒍𝒅 𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒊𝒏 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒕𝒍𝒆 𝒐𝒏𝒆𝒔?
