Fundraising for the arts can be an ongoing struggle - but with On The Stage as your partner, it doesn’t have to be a painful one! Our all-in-one platform is equipped with robust fundraising tools that include customization to meet your needs as well as a range of templates based on proven success. Here’s a sneak peek at some of our favorite fundraising templates! ✨ Production Wishlist: With the Production Wishlist, patrons get to interact directly with your show by raising money for individual items! Think of it like a new take on a “wedding registry!” Present needed show items on your fundraising site, whether it be costumes, set pieces, props, or anything else that can help bring the production to life. Giving your supporters insight into where their donation dollars are going creates a sense of ownership for your patrons, and creates a connection between the elements on stage and the audience members! Donut Drive: Donuts draw crowds, which is why fundraising is made easy with a Donut Drive! Construct your own donation drive with one of several national brands that offer this type of fundraiser. You can also bring in different types of foods if you’re looking to diversify your offerings! Voting By Donation: Give your patrons the ability to interact directly with your organization and vote on various decisions by making a donation! This could come in the form of selecting the next production, voting on costume designs, nominating teachers for a walk-on part…you name it! Give your community the opportunity to involve themselves in your program with Voting By Donation. #OnTheStage #Fundraising #Fundraiser #Performance #PerformingArts #ImmersiveExperience #ProfessionalTheatre #Thespian #Broadway #BoxOffice #ArtsandTechnology #Sales #EventMarketing #EventPlanner #Venue #VenueManagement

I’ve been spending the last month catching up on the latest research on year-end giving. Here’s what I think every #nonprofit needs to know: 🗓 39% of annual donations come in during the last 45 days of the year. 🔄 Leveraging multiple channels, such as a direct mail appeal and Meta brand awareness ads, can increase donations by 25%+. 📈 Revenue on Dec 31 is 3X higher than on GivingTuesday. 🖥 Website visitors are 60% more likely to donate on Dec 31 compared to GivingTuesday. 👬 GivingTuesday is key for donor acquisition and expanding your base. It's time to plan your strategy and maximize impact! #NonprofitFundraising #YearEndGiving #GivingTuesday #Nonprofits

Monday morning thought... You've all heard the old adage "Less is More." It's used so often because it rings true in so many instances including your silent auction. Pro-Tip: Ask your procurement committee to focus on quality over quantity to spark your donors' interest and generosity. #auctionprocurement #fundraisingevents #fundraisinghack
If you're not able to raise money from your silent auction it's probably because you're forgetting this... SCARCITY. We've all been there. We're setting up a fundraising event, trying to figure out how many auction items we need to maximize the money raised, while ensuring we stay within the budget. It's not easy. However, with this silent auction hack, you'll never spend more than 5 minutes deciding how many items you need. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗰𝗸: For every 2 donors, use 1 silent auction item. 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸? Say you have 120 guests coming to your event. Out of those 120 are 50 loyal donors. Now, out of the 70 guests who have never donated to you in the past, there may be a few who end up giving during your event. But, don't EXPECT them to give. Instead, use those unexpected donors to help drive up the auction item price for your loyal donors. So, for this scenario you should only have 25 silent auction items. Doing this will encourage fun bidding wars among donors and increase the amount raised for your mission. If you'd like to increase participation and allow more unexpected donors to give, try utilizing a raffle at the same event! #fundraisingtips #nonprofitfundraising #nonprofithelp #nonprofits #fundraisingideas

These kind of donation boards are called "SocialSwipe” where you can swipe your credit or debit card to make a donation. The smart thing here is how these NGOs have made an animation for the donations. Whenever people donate, they see that video and feel better about themselves that they’ve done something good. Make sure you like and follow :@karlostartup Video credit:@reputeforge #marketing #planning #Strategy #marketingstrategy #creative #karlostartup
