4wWell done! I was in a team of two for nearly 7 years… all I can say is you can always think of the disadvantages (lack of resources, time etc) but it does have a lot of advantages! You get to really know and understand your craft (because there is no one else!) and your audience, and you develop deep stakeholder (internal and external) relationships. Great marketing can happen here which you’re demonstrating and it’s fantastic to see the recognition that you’re getting for all the fab stuff you’re producing Jodie! ✨
