Signing his employee contract with TETRA—a milestone that marked the beginning of his impactful journey. When reflecting on the lessons he’s learned, Per highlights the importance of resilience, sharing, "The business goes up and down, and working in the ad hoc market is never easy." His advice for those starting their careers? "Take it easy, do it safe, and listen to experienced crew members." A typical day for Per involves wearing many hats—planning, ordering, mixing, delivery, and more. He loves being part of a close-knit, open-minded team where there’s always a smile to go around. Outside of work, Per indulges his passion for preserving meat using old Norwegian traditions, like fermenting a sheep’s leg: "I salt, dry, and store a sheep’s leg until it’s tender and flavorful—perfect with red wine or beer. It’s a tradition making a comeback in Norway." Per also treasures his vacation retreat at Costa del Sol, Spain, where he spends relaxing moments with his wife, children, and extended family. "We love the peaceful periods we get down there. Combined with the warm temperatures, it truly feels like paradise."
