Together with the inspiring Karena Belin we have driven the Chamber’s AI strategy, helping members embrace new technologies and stay competitive. The 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 we have received from members and the business community about bringing innovation and technology into the spotlight has been truly rewarding. 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, we are working on an even broader AI and innovation focus to unlock new opportunities for all members. The World Economic Forum (WEF) is a renowned platform that brings together influential leaders to address critical issues. Every year, the Annual Meeting in Davos serves as a focal point for shaping global agendas and sparking meaningful discussions on pressing topics. This year's forum proved no different. With the theme of "Rebuilding trust" in a fragmented world, the event convened nearly 3,000 participants from diverse sectors like politics, business, and academia. The QI Group, being a longstanding member of the WEF, was represented at the Annual Meeting 2024 by Directors from the QI Board. They actively participated in discussions surrounding the rise of generative AI, the importance of sustainability for businesses, and the need for effective leadership. It was an inspiring few days that provided valuable insights which will inform the QI Group's strategies and future endeavours, ensuring we remain at the forefront of positive global change. Half of global business leaders expect their government will have a positive impact on their companies’ success over the next decade, according to the results of a new survey conducted by global consulting firm Protiviti in collaboration with the University of Oxford. The survey, titled “Executive Outlook on the Future of Government, 2030 and Beyond,” is part of the newest installment of VISION by Protiviti, the thought leadership series that focuses on the future of business through 2030 and beyond.
