1️⃣,4️⃣4️⃣5️⃣ applicants for our recent Django Developer job posting in the United States! Any guesses to the number of suitable candidates in this number? 5️⃣7️⃣4️⃣ were deemed "suitable" by LinkedIn's pre qualification questions and from that, each profile was reviewed. From this, just 4️⃣3️⃣ were taken through to screening calls and less than half of those made it onto the shortlist for review against candidates from our own network and the requirements. A final shortlist of just 4️⃣ candidates was submitted to the client, 2️⃣ from advert response and 2️⃣ from our own network.
