Can't agree more - and a message I've repeated time and time again. https://lnkd.in/dw-VeQmD Few nuggets from the article... "Deliveries are more than parcels and boxes. They’re the building blocks of closer customer connections" - and as Mattias suggests, a way to differentiate yourself from the competition. "... nearly two in three customers (62%) would refuse to shop with a brand again after a bad delivery experience" - need we say more? And, purely selfishly, all the 'delivery and experience management (DMXM)' described by Mattias and nShift can (and absolutely should) be provided to customers even if your using your own fleet to make those deliveries. #logistics #deliveryexperience
