Lease takeover opportunity. ****If the lease is assumed prior to March 15, I will pay the rent for March, so you get one month free on me.**** I have a 1 Bedroom first floor unit in Arbor Village. My base rent with the mandatory cable, internet and valet trash package is $1414. There is an optional parking space for $45 a month. Light and water are not included in the price. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION ❗ There needs to be some balance or harmony between these key metrics: CAP | GRM | Price Per Unit | Price Per SF Seasoned investors will look into all of these to get the full scope of the deal!
