"Leave this place better than you found it" I recently came across this quote, and it reminded me of a question someone asked me: "Why do you do what you do?" For me, working in the hospitality industry and event planning is more than just a career—it's a way to contribute positively to the communities we touch and to the lives of our clients. I find immense joy in helping our guests and clients unwind, recharge, and enjoy a good time. Each event is an opportunity to help make their dreams come true. Meeting clients with unique perspectives and working with teams from various places is profoundly enriching. Learning about their hopes, dreams, and cultures adds a distinctive layer of fulfillment to what I do. The hospitality industry has the power to drive economies, bring prosperity to local communities, and create opportunities for people to improve their lives. But with that power comes responsibility.
