🎄 In Poland, Christmas Eve is the star of the show – it’s the big day for festive celebrations! Since moving to the UK, my house has become a merry mix of Polish and English traditions over the holidays. We kick things off on Christmas Eve with a family dinner featuring 12 traditional dishes (yes, 12! It’s a marathon, not a sprint), and we always leave an empty seat at the table for an unexpected guest. Then, Christmas Day brings stockings, crackers, and all the classics. It’s a cultural fusion that’s as chaotic as it is magical, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. It’s also a reminder that when traditions come together, they create something unique and meaningful - kind of like financial planning! Whether you’re blending savings strategies, balancing short-term goals with long-term investments, or planning for future generations, it’s all about making it work for you and your family. As the year ends, I wanted to take a moment to send you my warmest wishes for a joyful and peaceful festive season. I hope this time brings you moments of rest, love, and happiness with those who matter most to you, your loved ones. As we step into 2025, I’ve been reflecting on the importance of guarding our  focus, professional & personal growth, and the search for meaning  and purpose. On a personal note, I’ve set a few resolutions that I’d love to share with you. Stay Connected: Nurture meaningful relationships and keep supporting each other through the challenges and triumphs of life. Pursue growth: embrace learning and seek opportunities to become a better version of myself every day. Give Back: Continue to contribute in ways that uplift others and make a positive impact in my community and beyond. Celebrate the Journey: Remember to cherish the little wins and take time to enjoy the process, not just the destination. Thank you for being a part of my journey this year. The Holidays are upon us, and many workplaces are starting their Holiday Party Planning. They are decorating, planning Secret Santa or Yankee Swap events, thinking about festive foods and otherwise getting into the Holiday Spirit. But what about your Team Members who don't celebrate Christmas? People like me, who celebrate Hannukah? Or Eid? Or Kwanzaa? Or the many other Festivals which occur between American Thanksgiving and the middle of January? Or the Team Members who observe Christmas, but don't celebrate it in the same way? Are your Holiday Festivities inclusive of their way of Observance and/or Celebration? Or is your company leaning heavily into the Christian or Secular Christmas Celebrations?
