Building a successful company is a marathon, not a sprint. We’ve just crossed our halfway point—both in business and in the Copenhagen Half Marathon last weekend! After four years of trying, failing, and learning, we’ve successfully completed our startup phase. We now have paying customers, and we’re proud to say we’re still self-funded. Just like a marathoner at 21km, we didn’t finish the race as the fastest runners. But we’ve built the resilience needed to finish, and that's what counts. The next phase is our scaling phase, where we’ll improve in speed, strength, and height. We’re ready for the full marathon of building a global product. Let’s keep moving forward. 🏃♂️💪 #StartupJourney #ScalingPhase #HalfMarathon

Just wrapped up the Startup Board Course with NGL – and let’s just say, startup boards in many cases are a whole different game compared to traditional ones! 🚀 Big thanks to all the speakers and my fellow “board members for a day”. Huge thanks to Justinas Pasys and the NGL team for organizing such an insightful experience that dove into the unique dynamics of startup governance, from KPIs to crisis management. Armed with fresh insights and strategies, I’m ready to bring some new perspectives to the table. Watch out, startups – I’m board-ready! (or at least better at keeping board meetings interesting)! 🚀 😄

It's a challenge to build startups during the short summers of Nordics. You know you have to move fast. Yet, your clients are on holiday and so are the investors and advisors. The toughest challenge in startups? 🔥 Keeping the spark that got you started in the first place. Whether it’s taking a break, diving into hobbies, or finding time to recharge—do what you need to keep that energy alive. When the excitement fades, so does the drive. And that’s when things start to fall apart. Don’t let that happen. Nurture your passion and keep pushing forward. 💪

Talking about F1, I made another analogy and coined the term "Pitstop Strategy". As like in F1, things move fast and you shouldn't change or adjust your strategy in a bend or while overtaking a competitor! Instead, whether you are in the driving seat (Founder/CEO) or at the control tower (Engineers, Board) both need to constantly monitor the situation then whenever needed either can decide to: (Pit)Stop, Talk, Assess, Decide, Adjust, Go Back in the Race
Mastering the Monza Straight is the perfect parallel between Racing and Venture Capital 🚀 Back when I was racing, there was nothing quite like the rush of flying down the Monza straight at 360 km/h, knowing you're about to face the most intense braking zone of the entire season- bringing that speed down to just 80 km/h to nail the first corner. This high-stakes manoeuvre isn't just a thrill; it's a precise balance of speed, control, and timing, much like the world of startups and venture capital. This year's Monza GP was an adrenaline-packed reminder of why I love both the speed of racing and the fast-paced world of entrepreneurship. At Rosberg Ventures, we're embracing the same principles that drive success on the track: speed, precision, and strategic timing. Just as every corner at Monza requires a calculated approach, so does every business decision. Whether it's backing transformative startups or creating synergies between new tech and established corporates, the goal is always to stay ahead of the curve- much like hitting the apex at 360 km/h. Beyond the race track, this weekend also provided a unique opportunity to connect with key players in the VC and investment world and I managed to fit in some meetings for Rosberg Ventures which was great. Just like in racing, where milliseconds make the difference, in business, it's all about timing and execution. How do you see the principles of racing applied in your industry? #Racing #VentureCapital #Business #Monza

Not sure if you're right for Launch Club or the Accelerator? Tldr; Launch club is designed to make building a startup more accessible and help more ambitious people take the leap into founding. Think of it as a pre-accelerator to get the basics of launching a startup down pat. The Startmate accelerator enables founders to go full time on their startup idea (if they aren't already) and get the idea off the ground through VC funding and tailored mentorship. 👉 Read more here: https://loom.ly/hZchvgY 🚀 Launch club applications are open: https://bit.ly/3SVtAJk

Det er alltid god å ha en partner som viser innsats og viljestyrke og ha den utholdenhet å ta oss med videre til å lykke med produktet. 💪
