That said, some of the concepts felt a bit repetitive at times. Less Talk, More Action: A Call for Change in Product Management In product management, we've reached a point where it's no longer sufficient to simply discuss 'what to do'; we need to demonstrate 'how to do' things. We don't need another definition of what strategy is; we need more examples of good strategies and how they were created. We don't need a list of what great PMs do; we need diverse examples of how they do it. We don't need another overburdened definition of the PM role; we need actual PMs talking about how they handle various challenges simultaneously. We don't need someone telling us what's wrong with the PM function today; we need them to tell us how to make this role essential for an organization. Less about definitions and best practices, more about examples and 'how to do better'! #ProductManagement #Leadership #Strategy #PMEssentials #ActionableInsights
