BEAD will connect those who have literally never been connected by todays standards. It’s understandable that municipalities who have never experienced this type of construction activity would be a little cautious, but hesitation is time and in construction - time is money. Let’s get on the same page, develop a playbook and close this gap so everyone has a chance to have a truly connected life.
