Are you one 👇🏼 A "scenester" is someone who is more concerned with being part of a particular social scene or trend than with the substantive aspects of the field or activity they're involved in. In the context of startups, a scenester might be someone who is more focused on the superficial aspects of startup culture—like attending networking events, being seen with the right people, or following the latest trends—rather than genuinely building a successful and innovative company. This can be detrimental because such individuals might prioritize appearance over actual work and results, making it difficult for their startup to succeed.

Startups don't just shut down because their founders stop trying. They close when they can't solve the challenges they face 👇 ➡️ 38% of startups go under because they don't figure out how to get the funding they need. ➡️ 29% of startups close because they can't make a product that solves a big enough problem for enough people to buy it. ➡️ 20% of startups fail because they can't show how they're different from everyone else.
