First and foremost, interns should be paid. You want free labor, take a pay cut. Hosting interns is an exchange of energy, knowledge, and work. Everybody should be properly compensated for that exchange. At Studio J Lorne, we know the importance of balancing unique ability and youthful energy with seasoned experience. Since J is getting a lil old (so he says), quirky perspectives, and crazy capabilities brought excitement to our work. Joseph, Hannah, Laia, and Alison have all contributed their unique styles and talents, elevating our projects and teaching us a thing or two in the process. It’s a two-way street. While we taught our interns the ins and outs of being creatives and business professionals, we also learned from their new approaches and ideas. It’s a reminder that no matter how much experience you have, there's always something new to discover or try out. Never be too proud or closed off to building new skills or trying different approaches. I had an incredible internship experience at Equity Residential! While interning at The Clarendon, and The Reserve at Clarendon Center, I gained invaluable knowledge and skills in property management, including using property management software, managing tenant relations, overseeing building maintenance, and gaining insights into budgeting and finances. I'm particularly proud of conducting a competitor analysis, which helped me develop strong research and analytical skills and provided valuable insights into market trends. I also enjoyed learning more about residential and retail properties. I'm looking forward to applying what I've learned in my future career! A glimpse of how we can predict the price of a house. Here we have used #LinearRegressionModel to predict the house price using three attributes 'area of the house', 'number of bedrooms ' and 'number of bathrooms'. One can use more variables like 'positioned in metropolitan city', 'facilities', 'distance from hospital', 'distance from railway station' etc. Here we just showed a simple way to use Linear regression model. #elitetech #elitetechintern #Internship #ML

DAY 8 OF 75 HARD CHALLENGE! 💪 Today, I wasn't able to do productive work like designing and reading blogs from other successful designers. However, I've started applying for internships and junior-level design roles because I believe that whatever I learn while studying is nothing compared to actual industry-level work and experience on real projects. 🌟 Although I am working on a few side projects, which I'll be sharing in my portfolio and case studies, it will take a lot of time to do all this.
