Celebrating the small wins that pave the way for the big successes. 🥂 This year, we’ve toasted to: Managing and executing campaigns that have driven real results. Helping our clients secure prestigious awards. Creating impactful, viral content. Team promotions. Ouma's expansion (BIG news dropping in 2025) We celebrate the small and big wins daily - whether it’s a heartfelt “thank you,” a quick Hey Taco shoutout, or a simple gesture like toasting with a glass of fizz. And, of course, we’re already looking forward to our blow-out Christmas party!! #businessgrowth #oumateam #celebrate #success #businesssuccess

Event attendees don’t really need (or want) more branded journals and pens. So what swag *do* they enjoy? Here are some summer and fall ideas for you to consider: 🍪 Branded cookies from a local bakery 🚰 Awola water bottles 🏓 Custom pickleball paddles 👖 Vuori joggers Of course, these ideas are all pricier than pens, and money doesn’t grow on trees. That’s why we recommend a tiered swag model, where there are still some lower-cost options available, but where your most legitimate, invested prospects get higher-cost items. #eventswag #tradeshow #eventmarketing

Celebrating the Wins—Big and Small It’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and forget to celebrate how far you’ve come. I’ve learned to appreciate every win, no matter how small. From successfully managing a healthcare team to creating balloon installations that bring joy, each step forward is a reason to celebrate. Don’t wait for the big moments—celebrate the small ones too. Every accomplishment, no matter the size, is a step toward your bigger goal. Takeaway: Celebrate your wins, no matter how small—they’re all part of your journey to success. Let’s celebrate your next big (or small) win together! Ready to make your next event special? Let’s connect. >>> calendly.com/onlyimagine3 <<< #CelebrateWins #AppreciateTheJourney #OnlyImagine

Ever had a friend who wouldn’t stop raving about a new restaurant? That’s the kind of friend your business needs. When you build a community, you’re not just gaining customers; you're creating a network of brand advocates. These folks will sing your praises louder than your mum at your graduation. They’ll recommend your products to friends, share your posts, and defend your honor in the comment sections. Essentially, they do your marketing for you – and they do it with genuine enthusiasm. So, treat your community members like VIPs. Give them exclusive deals, sneak peeks, and a reason to keep talking about you. Advocates are powerful, but what about the long game? Well, next week I’ll be sharing the final snippet on sustainable growth through community building. Have you followed this 4 part series on community? Part 3 of 4 #Community #marketing #loyalcustomers #brandadvocates #communitybuilder

Couldn't have picked a better guest for our first episode of the Daily Standup, launching tomorrow. In this episode, Ornella Jacobs joins us as we hit on a core reason we're launching this thing: to increase accessibility of customer success to a broader audience. This might come as no surprise, but we in customer success might be developing a tendency to get... well, lost in our own sauce. I'm seeing that manifest in two non-ideal ways: 1 - An increasing divide between CS folks and everyday people outside CS. (How many times have you tried to explain customer success and tripped up? Especially when you could have just described it as something simple and relatable like client relations? And how hard was it getting into this field when you didn't have the exact background on the job description?) 2 - An increasing divide between CS thought leadership and the everyday practitioner. (How often do you log into LinkedIn and find bespoke or prescriptive advice that, while it's super valuable, is tailored to niche audiences and use cases?) On the Daily Standup, we want to bridge these gaps by amplifying the voices of everyday CS practitioners and anyone else with a connection to CS. We aim to bring a diversity of thoughts and opinions from all corners both in and out of CS. We're posting daily, bite-sized chunks of CS wisdom from the masses in this fun little micro-pod. Our prompt is simple: "What's on your mind in customer success?" Episodes are just 10-15 mins, so you can listen on a break or binge a few at a time. Got an opinion to share? Join us for an episode and speak your mind! Just be prepared for us to not take ourselves too seriously 😊 Looking forward to this! cc Dillon Young Jean-Pierre Frost
Ornella Jacobs, you're speaking to my heart. And to one of the primary motivators that compelled Rob Zambito, Jean-Pierre Frost, and I to start The Daily Standup. That is, we're alienating entire cohorts of people -- customers, colleagues, and those trying to break into the #customersuccess & #postsales worlds! I am beyond excited for Ornella to be the first guest on this brand new project from Lifetime Value Media.👇

Triumph Thursday: Celebrate the Wins! This week, I want to celebrate the small (and big) victories that remind us why we keep showing up! One of my biggest wins is seeing the positive response to my Throwback Thursday post last week. Sharing my journey to Rank Makers Live 2019, an event that transformed how I approach social media; resonated deeply with so many of you. It’s proof that our stories matter and that success, no matter how long ago or how small, can inspire someone else to take their next step. Here’s my takeaway: 💜 Every win deserves to be celebrated. Big or small, it shows progress. 💜 Your story can motivate others. Don’t hold back, your journey matters. 💜 Consistency pays off. Keep showing up, and your efforts will bear fruit. What’s a win you’re celebrating this week? Drop it in the comments, and let’s cheer each other on! #100daysshowupwithzuria #personalbrandingwithzuria #thestorytellingtribewithzuria #Phoenixgateshub Dr Vivian Magnus
