This couldn't have been better said. Alot of people have an outdated picture of Africa, but there also those who see the opportunities and are equally looking for trusted collaborators and visionaries to get the work done. We can't and shouldn't work in isolation anymore, to impact the workforce and education in Africa, the narrative indeed has to change. It's time to look inwards, and reach out to get started. I hope a good number of us read, recently, the incisive views by the Chinese Billionaire Li Ma that SALARIED WORKERS DON'T GROW AN ECONOMY; ONLY ASSETS OWNING (ENTREPRENEURIAL) CITIZENS DO . Inclusive growth in the context of Africa's youthful population is about creating economic growth that benefits people and places more fairly, while also addressing inequalities and providing social benefits. should create new economic opportunities and ensure equal access to them,help reduce poverty by creating employment opportunities and providing access to essential services like education and health. empower people through education and skill development,promote entrepreneurship. Its demographic dynamic presents a significant opportunity. Young people are already leading the way to economic success, however, more need to be done.

Africa's potential is enormous but like everything that succeeds, it requires leaders that will invest in its people. Imagine if this handful of the population is unskilled or uneducated. Yes, and thank you for all the support for Africa. Still, there is a need to do it in the right way, not only in the number way! African talent is untapped, and the youth are unemployed. Let's make more effort to make more inclusive growth by investing and collaborating with the right organization, and partners in Africa! As you said, it is time for change; let's see in 2025 the change! African youth become very bold today and require more action and action!

For sure this whole matrix implies GETTING BEHIND THE YOUNG PEOPLE meaning allowing them to do what they can do best. Be it sports, music, art, etc. The idea is not to choke these youths into areas where they cannot showcase the best in themselves. If for example the youths are not efficient in agriculture, please do not pull them into that industry with a barbed wire because they will not generate the optimum returns to investments. Each African country MUST identify specific industries where youth can be the best game changers and support them all the way in those areas, regardless of whats happening in the next country. The continental multiplier effects that can be generated from such a systems thinking approach supported by targeted mechanisms for mobile jobs among youths can be amazingly huge and sustainable. Trade, remittances, knowledge transfer, etc will be redefined and reach unimaginable levels as we go forward with the youth revolution
