As a sales person we are judged by NUMBERS But if you are hiring a sales person whether it's for Upwork, cold calls , whatever the platform is have patience. As there are sometimes good months bad months for sales plus don't have unrealistic expectations from us to turn everything around within first month of joining. I have seen many companies pushing BD's within the first month cause of not achieving targets. I was even kicked out of a software house within a week 😂 for not making sale even though i had good pipeline built within a week... Well done. 4. Attend the first interview; have enough frenetic energy and waste enough time that a second interview is required 5. Attend the second interview; prove you do not have the skills to be an EA; offer to create a marketing deck that they didn't ask for instead ---> You've got a foot in the door. Let's go. 6. Work 5+ hours weekly for six months; never ask to meet another team member or the CEO's co-founder 7.
