Then perhaps you might have gotten a feeling that you are a little out of place sometimes, especially when surrounded by extroverted, high-energy personalities. You are not alone… 😊 As an introverted recruiter myself, I’ve learned that we also have strengths that can lead to great recruitment success. I focus on understanding KPIs, market trends and previous recruitment data to help guide my recruitment plans. Preparation leads to value-driven hiring, which helps identify where to put our efforts for the greatest impact. • 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 Rather than casting a wide net and attend every social gathering there is, I try to invest in deeper connections with candidates and hiring managers.
