Managing customers in Jira? They deserve better. 🤝 (The feature every JSM admin overlooks 🤦♂️) When I set up Jira Service Management, there’s one feature I always enable: 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀. Why? Because without it, you’re guessing. Here’s what you unlock when you enable it: 🏢 See which organization each customer belongs to 📝 Relate custom fields to users and organizations 🔗 Track every request tied to that organization For teams juggling multiple customers, it’s a gamechanger. Most admins overlook this simple tweak. Don’t let it be you. #AtlassianCreator #Jira #Productivity Atlassian

Ever had that heart-stopping moment after accidentally deleting an issue in Jira? Here's how to prevent it from happening again. We have all been there, accidentally deleting an issue in Jira with no way to recover it. Here is a step-by-step guide to make sure no one ever deleted an issue again. 1. Navigate to your Jira 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀. 2. In the settings sidebar select 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. 3. On the top right hand corner, select 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, and 𝗘𝗱𝗶𝘁 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. 4. Scroll down to 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗜𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲𝘀 permissions and 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 all groups and users. P͟r͟o͟ ͟T͟i͟p͟:͟ Create a permissions scheme that you can apply to all projects, so you don’t have to reconfigure permissions for each one individually. #Atlassian #AtlassianCreator #Jira #Productivity Atlassian
