I suspect as some of the other comments say, there is something wrong with the underlying MS tenant permissions in most cases where organisations have had this issue. Whereas normal users may stray across the odd document they should not have permission to, Copilot will find them all and therefore magnify an underlying issue.

LLMs like Copilot and Glean leak data as they lack access controls to be able to personalize and shape answers according to a user’s business context, or need-to-know boundaries. In the screenshot, Marc Benioff discusses exactly this problem. I’m glad I made my bet on building a startup to take this challenge on, with my cofounder Sounil Yu, Knostic. 🎉 Just returned from EnFi, Inc's first-ever company offsite in Portland, Maine - and wow, what an incredible two days it was! We kicked things off at The Roux Institute at Northeastern University (thank you for the beautiful space!) with deep dives into our 2025 strategy and company vision. The brilliant Jeremy Kriegel used Miro to facilitate an engaging session where our team showed remarkable candor in discussing challenging topics. I'm walking away with some of the most complex prioritization decisions of my career ahead - but isn't that what growth is all about? 😅 Day 2 brought our first EnFi, Inc Hackathon, and I'm still blown away by what our teams accomplished in just 5 hours! Each team leveraged AI and our beta "Chat with a Loan" functionality to create innovations that will genuinely impact our business and customers. My team enhanced our chat capabilities with data visualization - imagine pulling historical DSCR, EBITDA, and Income trends directly from financial documents in our data room, and even generating projections for these metrics! (Sorry, customers - this is still in prototype phase 😉) While our engineers were deep in code, I put Anthropic's Claude to work generating financial test datasets and presentation slides. Huge shoutout to James Garfield and Nidhi Nitin Kulkarni- we brought home the win! 🏆 We wrapped up with our year-end holiday party and some (surprisingly competitive) axe throwing. Who knew we had so many hidden lumberjacks in our midst? 🪓 Heading home feeling incredibly energized about EnFi's journey into 2025. The openness, creativity, and sheer talent of this team continue to amaze me! #CompanyCulture #Innovation #FinTech #Startup #AI #Lending

The last two weeks have been a whirlwind of excitement for the KamiwazaAI team! We've had the privilege of attending three incredible AI user meetups: the Rocky Mountain AI Interest Group (RMAIIG), Boulder Ai Engineers, and AI Tinkerers Austin January Meetup! The energy in these rooms has been nothing short of electric, fueled by engineers eager to learn, entrepreneurs pushing boundaries, and companies adapting to the ever-evolving AI paradigm. A common thread emerging from these events is the question, “What’s an Agent?” Everyone seems to have a different perspective on what it means, how it’s used, and where it’s headed. KamiwazaAI, we’ve had an absolute blast showcasing our LARGE-scale, enterprise-grade agents in action. Our demos have been a hit, highlighting the seemingly impossible becoming a reality—autonomous agents delivering kamiwaza (superhuman) performance at scale, with enterprise-level guardrails ensuring precision and reliability. The awe on people’s faces when they see these agents execute flawlessly, handling real-world challenges with near perfection, has been our fuel as we gear up for the next leg of our journey. Over the next month, we’re hitting the road for a five-city blitz, attending eight more AI events across Seattle, Denver, Boulder, Fort Collins, Austin, and NYC. One of the highlights we’re most excited about? Hackathons! We'll be partnering with leaders in AI Cloud and SaaS services to spark innovation, enabling hybrid AI solutions that can only emerge from the creative crucible of these hackathons. Stay tuned for updates as we share insights, demos, and stories from the road. We’d love for you to join us on this journey—whether at an event or online—as we continue to push the boundaries of what AI and agents can achieve. Let’s shape the future together! 🚀 #5IR #FifthIndustrialRevolution #AIInnovation #EnterpriseAI #AIAgents #HackathonEnergy #BlitzScaleTour Matthew Wallace Joe Heitzeberg Jeremiah Owyang Dan Murray
