It is time to say goodbye to PATEC (Passau Entrepreneurial Campus) as my employer, the best project at the University of Passau 🧡 I was lucky to work here as a Student assistant (SHK) the last semester. Thank you Christiane Walther for believing in my PR and social media skills. It was very intense and full of events semester. I have learned so many things and definitely improved my PR & communication skills 🎤 . And I want to share with you a highlight of this Semester - a project branded with my name “Julia is asking” 😊 and dedicated to Global Entrepreneurship Week in November. Around 10 students were asked during this week and each day a week I was creating and montaging the Video. On the Video below are Weronika Zulinska and Bhargavi Krishna P.S. My meeting with PATEC started 2 years ago when I applied to participate in Gründerinnen Akademie 👭 for female Entrepreneurs with the idea of a B2B SaaS learning platform for online tools, I continue with the "Honours Degree" with the idea of Bavarian courses ⛰ for employees and I finish my participation in the project this semester with the 💶 5-Euro-Business competition with Terminly - booking platform for SMEs in the beauty sphere in Germany. If you are a student or you were a student and need consultation, PATEC is there for you. Check out available programs for this year here ➡ https://lnkd.in/dX8y2RKc or https://lnkd.in/djmEszHi #patec #entrepreneurship #femalefounders #startup #juliaisasking

In cooperation with ImpactHub Karlsruhe, Karlshochschule International University organized a final workshop as part of the ENTREHUBS project last Thursday evening. With almost 30 participants from Karlsruhe and the surrounding area, we were able to discuss the project results in depth and in particular exchange views on what content entrepreneurship education should address from an academic perspective. We discussed a lot in three groups and in the end, it became clear to us that the academic added value should consist of teaching not only theories and specialization, but also activity and action skills in particular, e.g. organizational methods, including ethical reflection, as well as strengthening personal skills such as positive thinking and valuing interaction with one another. It was very stimulating and exciting to talk to so many different people and as some were still exchanging ideas at 10.30 pm, new networks were also diligently built. It was great that our ENTREHUBS results were confirmed in this context, and we are grateful that Erasmus+ (Nationale Agentur für Erasmus+ Hochschulzusammenarbeit (NA DAAD) funding makes this type of project possible. We will soon be discussing what happens next! #entrehubs #erasmus #erasmusplus #eufunded #entrepreneur #effectiveleadership #education #empowerment #highereducation #researchproject #educators #students

Wonderful example on how sustainable entrepreneurship can be fostered with a transdisciplinary group of engaged students, meaningful challenges from impact driven organizations and the right framework to enable transdisciplinary and transnational collaboration. Who is ready to join the cohort next year?
Right after Easter , we had the pleasure to spend a intense and energetic week in Vienna to collaborate with BOKU Innovation & Entrepreneurship and University of Strasbourg in the EPICUR University Alliance Spring School on Sustainable Entrepreneurship. 🌱 🐰 🙌 It was very collaborative and a wonderful learning experience for everybody involved. I believe it's fair to say, that we will always look back to this week with great memories and joy. 🤗 So what happened? 37 Students from different European countries came together to work in 7 groups to help solve 3 challenges that were posed by the organizations Viva con Agua Österreich, Protect Our Winters and beetle fortech. All of the groups came up with wonderful solutions to the presented challenge, brought in their own expertise and honed their entrepreneurial skills. Hear in the video what the students had to say about the week themselves as well! 💬 #SustainableEntrepreneurship #EPICUR #Collaboration #Studentengagment

I am thrilled to announce the publication of our article, "Digital boundary spanning in the evolution of entrepreneurial ecosystems: A dynamic capabilities perspective" co-authored by Aki Harima, in the Journal of Business Research [VHB: B; ABS:3; IF:11,3]. 📚 This study explores the impact of digitalization on entrepreneurial ecosystems and their boundaries. Investigating the Estonian entrepreneurial ecosystem, we theorize digital boundary spanning and examine how digital trajectories can help overcome resource constraints. 🔍 Our open-access article is available here: 🔗 https://lnkd.in/ei-S6xCe Our findings contribute to the conceptual understanding of entrepreneurial ecosystems, highlighting how digitalization can catalyze early evolutionary dynamics. 🚀 I would like to express my gratitude to my supervisor and co-author, Aki Harima, for her invaluable guidance throughout the development of this article and beyond. Further, I thank Fabian Eggers, Benjamin MUELLER, Lars Hornuf, Joerg Freiling, the Diginomics Research Group, and the anonymous reviewers for their feedback and support. Special thanks to Susanne Durst and the Universität Bremen for facilitating my research visit. 🙏 Explore the full paper, and feel free to reach out if interested. 🌱 #Research #Publication #EntrepreneurialEcosystem #Entrepreneurship #QualitativeResearch #Digitalization #LEMEX #UniversityofBremen #TalTech #Estonia

Last Sunday was an exciting day contributing to the organization of a knowledge-packed seminar about Digital Business at Mercure Hotel in Nador, and what a journey it was! 🚀 Proudly organized by the Econova Club FPN and Nador Inazzo association for multi-disciplinary college students. Our mission? was to foster awareness and spread the digital entrepreneurship culture among the #youth. The program featured insightful talks and interventions by digital entrepreneurship experts such as Mr. Adil Chtioui, covering startup strategies, digital marketing, and AI, and hosted two leading companies: iladary and Bmondial for digital solutions. Special shout-out to Miss HANANE BENHADDI , Mr.Zakaria Buhktari, Mr.Mohammed Assaghir, and Mr.Mohammed ElMontassir The seminar was a buzzing hive of interaction and dialogue. Participants dove into constructive discussions, figuring out how to turn presented ideas into plausible real-life projects, the long-term effects of AI in the market, and more. In the end, the impact was tangible. Attendees left with a clear vision for their digital projects, ready to contribute to local economic growth and community development. 🌐💡 Reflecting on my role as a member of the club, Personally, it was a rollercoaster of growth. My focus wasn't initially on the seminar's topic but rather on the intricacies of planning and organizing the event. Adapting to a collaborative environment where multiple hands were steering the ship taught me valuable lessons about teamwork. One particular challenge stood out - managing the overwhelming turnout. With only 400 seats available and a whopping +500 eager attendees(+500 for 400 seats! It was mind-blowing 🤯) problem-solving skills were put to the test. The teamwork and quick thinking of the organizing members successfully averted any surge of this issue, leaving everyone with a positive experience. The unexpected joy? Witnessing the sheer enthusiasm of +500 attendees not just for digital entrepreneurship but for entrepreneurship as a whole. It's not just a hopeful sign; it's a beacon for the local economy and the future of my city. Being part of a team that created this platform for knowledge exchange between established entrepreneurs and aspiring students was incredibly fulfilling. It solidified my belief that action and initiative are the driving forces turning dreams into thriving ventures. 🌐💼 #EventEpicness #TeamTriumph #YouthUprising #EconovaClub
