Although my day-to-day as a marketing advisor and fractional CMO includes mostly strategy & management, I love to get stuck in and learn new tricks, so thought I'd share. In this video I’ll show you: - How to use the chatGPT API using Python (you don’t need to know coding!) - How to use the chatGPT API using Zapier The 3 use cases I’ll be going through in this video: 1. LinkedIn company page follower identification. Sales wanted to identify the right persona by job title from a list of 73,000 people. Without sifting through the list manually. Topic classification. 2. Marketer wanted to find out what topic each blog post belongs to before migrating from Wordpress to Hubspot. 3. Cleaning up enquiry form (via Zapier). Nice, would love to see more content like this. On the specific use case though you might find more accurate results with more classical ML, not a LLM. A text classifier trained on job title data instinctively would do a better job, I think monkey learn has a job title one off-the-shelf with open source options available too.
