Struggling to learn a new programming concept? As a writer, I would: 1. Take notes 2. Do research on the subject 3. Build an application 4. Write a tutorial on how to build it This strategy has helped me to learn so many different technologies.

One of the main reasons I enjoy programming is the #challenges we face to develop such an accurate and correct code yet very simple and easy to read ... ✅💯 This is what I consider the artistic, creative side of the code writing process ❤👌

Coding is like poetry... until you find an unexpected '{' on line 32. #programminglife #developerproblems #codehumor As developers, we've all been there—writing what feels like a perfect piece of code, only to be greeted by an unexpected error. This little glitch reminds us that even the most elegant code can stumble on a single bracket. But that’s the beauty of programming; it’s the small puzzles that keep us engaged and constantly learning. Here’s to finding and fixing those unexpected errors! #codinglife #programminghumor #debugging #softwaredevelopment #developer

Hello Everyone 😘 , I hope all is well with you guys. Yesterday document briefly touched the surface about external love and hate vibrations. Today, the writer will touch the surface of self-directed love and hate vibrations. Is self-love egotistical? Is self-hate a state of being? How do the energy of “self-deception” play into the self-love and self-hate programming? I welcome you to read “Be You, Love Yourself” 💚 💚 💚 Blessings, 💙 💚 💙 💚 #Emotionalintelligence#Mentalhealthmatters#Personaldevelopment#Spiritualjourney#Creative#Writer#Love#Energy#Vibration#Consciousliving##BlueRay#444

Keybindings/hot keys/keyboard shortcuts - whatever you call them - put them to work for you ⌨ I probably won't ever learn how to exit Vim (jk Vim fans), much less use it in my day-to-day. But I mostly navigate my text editor with my keyboard. I have a Keychron K2 and these keybindings are perfect for allowing me to move my current tab left or right in relation to the other tabs I have open. What about you? Are you as particular about having your tabs in a specific order as I am? Let me know! Also, I have some fun larger projects in the works for you all! I'll give you a hint: we're going to do some science! Well... actually we're going to borrow an idea from Dave Farley and apply an "empirical approach to software development." But "science" sounds better don't you think? Happy coding! 😁

Thanks Amour Karir for recommending me to combine my interest in writing with my profession. Programming history is interesting. I’ve only had a surface-level introduction, but the concept has stuck with me for 5 years since it was first introduced to me. It gives a sense of why we use the languages we use today. The start can be heavily disputed, but for the sake of having a start, I’ll go with machine code. Binary. No concept of keywords or any sort of human readability. Functional. Not in the sense that it works (although it does); you could write functions. Unreadable, but elegant, functions. Because otherwise, your colleagues would rip you apart for forcing them to review 100 lines of code that could’ve been written in 10. Some things don’t change, huh.

‘A case for comprehensible input’ I wrote an article about Krashens i + 1 theory my app is based on. It was a good exercise in getting back into writing after a year of mainly coding. There are many aspects to the theory but the main idea is your language learning level is i and you want to be consuming content that is i+1 in order to progress effectively in the language. That is how TaleTutor.com is meant to work. You can read more linked … https://lnkd.in/eFyjgxxN

Many programming books teach design is about tradeoffs. Correct but dull! It is hard to produce something great and passionate from that mindset. Design is about values! Finally! I can understand how Steve Jobs thinks after reading Rails Doctrine written by David Heinemeier Hansson.
