YOUR PERFECT CATERING EXPERIENCE - IS OUR CONCERN AS WELL If your event is going to include a buffet, we have to warn you that there is a nuance to this in the Balkans. Usually "buffet catering" in this region means a large selection of starters, salads, hot dishes and even desserts - but no service. At all. The buffet format is less popular here, and is mostly used for private home parties. So normally when you order a buffet catering, they bring you lots of delicious food, wish you a pleasant appetite and... leave! We work closely with the caterer at all stages of the event preparation, not only adjusting the menu, but developing the service offer - calculating the number of staff, jointly developing the logistics of the service, its format and timing. So that on the day of the event we can provide the service you are used to!

In the event planning world, "table service" refers to how guests can receive their food during your event. There are quite a few options, and - luckily - they don't all need seated-around-a-table guests. Table service styles can be combined to suit best your event needs, so we decided to puttogether some of our favorite ones for you to keep in mind. - Reception service: light food is served buffet-style on a table. Your guests will usually stand and serve themselves. - Butlered Hors d'Oeuvres Service: Finger food and appetizers are carried around on trays by the waiting staff. These stations are sometimes called 'performance stations' or 'exhibition cooking' asyour guests can see their meals being cooked to their requested specifications. #VIBEagency #EventTrends #EventProduction #EventPlanning #TableService

I know I had a busy time around the holidays, and the new Q4 2023 Restaurant Trends Report from Toast confirms it was a busy one for restaurants, too – especially those that took advantage of the catering season. Here are some of the takeaways I found most interesting — and as a ramen enthusiast, I can relate to ordering comfort foods when the temperature drops. Same-store catering transactions increased +71% in Q4 2023 compared to Q4 2022. Of that increase, 30% came through Catering Online Ordering, launched in Q3 2023. Soup and stews warmed up with +25% more orders than the average from Q1 through Q3, closely followed by ramen and noodles (+13%). Salads saw a chill with -8% fewer orders. And there’s more where that came from — check out the full report for more: https://lnkd.in/eCdyqREV
