A very informative webinar! Interesting to think about the potential need to consider flooding when categorizing tropical systems. This could help in communicating to the public the need for active measures including evacuation even at lower level categories. Compound flooding is one of the main concerns when it comes to severe weather, especially when dealing with high population areas.
