Work-life balance should follow the 50/50 rule! I've heard this countless times. But is this really the best approach? I've come to see that work-life balance is about far more than splitting time evenly. The concept of work-life balance is about aligning priorities in a way that supports well-being and productivity. It's not a strict division but rather a dynamic interplay. Through my experiences, I've found that focusing on what truly matters in each moment leads to a more fulfilling and sustainable way of working and living. I believe that the right concept lies in understanding that work and personal life aren't always separate entities. They can complement each other when given the flexibility to do so. By prioritizing tasks based on importance rather than an arbitrary time split, I've seen firsthand how individuals can thrive both professionally and personally.
