“We actually use your competitor…” Don’t say: They don’t offer x option… Try this instead: Oh nice…so how do you like the ability to do x and y? … I know what my competition offers. So when I ask, “How do you like x or y option?” I know they don’t have that ability. And let the prospect discover on their own… EXAMPLE: “So how do your patients like the ability to wear the device while they sleep?” “So how do you like option to have that in your algorithm for peripheral neuropathy or CRPS?” Discovering underlying pain points is huge… But leading the prospect to discover what you want them to discover is equally as important… But you can’t always just *tell* them… 💡 💡 💡 #sales #medicalsales #orthopedics #orthopedicsurgery #painrelief

Imaging "abnormality" does NOT equal pathology! Bodies change as we age - we can see it on the outside in the form of grey hair and wrinkles. It shows up on the inside too - meniscus tears, degenerated discs, rotator cuff tears, and more. We have deemed a lot of these changes as pathological, a problem in need of fixing. In reality, they just a natural part of aging, present in most people as we age - even those without pain! While your imaging abnormality may be related to your pain, it might not be!
