We’ve noticed an increase in demand for commercial property finance in Q1 2024. Some of the loans that we have recently completed are: ➡️ A £21.6m care home portfolio loan ➡️ Refinancing a hotel portfolio for £7m ➡️ Deploying a site acquisition loan for £5m This is in addition to an increased volume of sub £3m loan completions. As a balance sheet lender, we can take ownership of decision-making and find ways to structure around complex problems. Certainty of funds is an extremely high priority for our clients.
