Happy Afternoon World "Balancing Life: Priorities, Passion, and Finding Harmony" Finding balance and managing everything we strive for can be challenging. However, I believe it’s achievable by prioritizing what truly brings us fulfillment, love, inner peace, and happiness. This includes our passion - what we do and aim to grow further. Want to strength train more often? Place your dumbbells in plain sight, such as in your home office space. Want to stretch more? Store your yoga mat in the living room where you can see it. Want to be more active? Set up your environment so it's easier for you to get started! Personally, I keep a resistance band on the closet doorknob and a rolling ball in the kitchen (to roll my feet while I'm cooking!). How can you adjust your environment so it's easier to get moving? 🤔
