When I think about Havana Syndrome[1], I think of the possibilities of microwave weapons. Here are a few quotes. "An army report obtained via the Freedom of Information Act in 2006 entitled “Bioeffects of Selected Nonlethal Weapons” indicates that it may be possible to use microwave radiation to beam voices into an individual’s head: “It seems possible that this technology could be developed to the point where words could be transmitted to be heard like the spoken word, except that it could only be heard within a person’s head. In one experiment, communication of the words from one to ten using ‘speech modulated’ microwave energy was successfully demonstrated. Microphones next to the person experiencing the voice could not pick up the sound.” In a conclusion that has surely fired the imagination of conspiracy theorists, the passage concludes with the observation that “additional development of this would open up a wide range of possibilities.”[2] This was in 1994: 'The main ground stations for these satellites, where they feed back the information they have gathered into the global network, are Pine Gap, run by the CIA near Alice Springs in central Australia, and the NSA-directed Menwith Hill and Bad Aibling stations, in England and Germany respectively.< 10 > These satellites can intercept microwave trunk lines and short-range communications such as military radios and walkie-talkies. Both of these transmit only line of sight and so, unlike HF radio, cannot be intercepted from faraway ground stations.'[3] According to the AP article[4], Russia sold radio frequency weapons to rogue corporations and criminal enterprises long ago. It is NOT a conspiracy. It can make one look crazy. How many corporate whistleblowers have potentially been affected? "Relevant with respect to neuroweapons are: (1) stun weapons that jam the CNS or brain, (2) high power RF, microwave and millimetre wave weapons that cause pain or debilitate, (3) acoustic weapons that cause pain, debilitate, or otherwise incapacitate, (4) ‘voice-of-God’-weapons that may be used in PSYOPS attacks and (5) low power EMF that may be able to interfere with biochemical processes und functions in the brain and other organs."[4]  'DEW technology has been leaking to the public for quite some time and it is not beyond the capacity of an individual with modest electronics knowledge and a few hundred dollars to spare to build some primitive ray gun that can be used for the covert harassment of neighbors or for terrorist attacks. A guide published in 1996 explains how anybody can convert a regular 5000 W microwave oven into a Microwave Amplified Stimulated Emission of Radiation (MASER) weapon. The booklet claims that the ‘microwave’s potential as a military weapon has been kept secret from the general public’ and argues....'[1] The scary part is that neighbor could also be a pedophile, sexual trafficker, drug trafficker, etc. These are the type of people that often engage[2]. 'This criminal organization provided illegal goods and services and resorted to extortion and the corruption of public officials. They killed competitors, witnesses, alleged informants, as well as innocent people.'[2] With that said, they could be very secret, "pillars of society", and like serial killers as well[3] "The majority of serial killers are not reclusive, social misfits who live alone. They are not monsters and may not appear strange. Many serial killers hide in plain sight within their communities. Serial murderers often have families and homes, are gainfully employed, and appear to be normal members of the community. Because many serial murderers can blend in so effortlessly, they are oftentimes overlooked by law enforcement and the public."[3] There is a simple solution that can help one decide if they are being attacked[4].  'Whatever plant material your maser hits will die immediately. It will take a week for the leaves to turn brown and fall off, but it will die immediately.
