Today, I'm reflecting on one of Grant Cardone's 32 rules for success: "Love challenges." It's a concept that has a profound impact on me, particularly now as I navigate my journey with Fílos in a purely commission-based role. Embracing this challenge was a conscious decision to test my limits and expand my horizons. I've always believed in painting myself into a corner - not to limit myself, but to push beyond perceived boundaries. This role at Fílos is the epitome of that belief, presenting the tightest corner I've ever willingly placed myself in. With each step, I encounter new challenges, which, in my view, is a clear indicator of growth and progress. Moving towards fear is how I ensure I am constantly evolving.
