It’s so great to be a part of my organization’s Emergency Response Team (ERT)! For those unfamiliar, the ERT, short for Emergency Response Team, consists of individuals who step up during critical situations such as fires, health emergencies, or other crises. It’s a team dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone in the organization, and I couldn’t be happier to contribute to such a critical mission. It’s truly commendable to see organizations (OpenText India) prioritizing the safety of their employees by creating such teams and providing necessary training to prepare for unforeseen circumstances. I’m genuinely proud to be a member of this incredible team and even more grateful to be part of an organization that values the safety and well-being of its people so highly. This picture is from our recent emergency fire drill, and the experience was nothing short of surreal. Witnessing how the team worked seamlessly together and knowing we were equipped to handle emergencies was reassuring and empowering. A huge thank you to my manager (Sangeetha Anumolu) for nominating me for this team. I truly appreciate the trust and confidence! I’ll make sure to meet the expectations of an ERT member and do my best to contribute whenever needed.
