Six months ago, I stepped into the professional world as a Management Trainee at Snowman Logistics Limited , marking the beginning of a journey I had once only dreamed about. Reflecting back, to my college time, I was the last one among my friends to secure a placement. It happened at a time when I had almost lost hope. But what kept me going were the unwavering support and belief of my friends, who constantly reminded me that every story is unique and that my journey was still unfolding. Besides having the opportunity to assist with tasks related to the CEO Office, Mr. Ezarisma also allowed me to assist with the Stakeholder Management Department, where I gained valuable experience and skills. The opportunity to work in these two departments provided a comprehensive understanding of both executive management and stakeholder relations, which has been crucial for my professional growth. My appreciation also goes out to all the staff at the CEO Office Department for their unwavering support, advice and warm welcome. Furthermore, I met and collaborated with so many wonderful fellow Protege-GEES at Petrosains. The knowledge, experiences, and insights we shared were invaluable, and I learned so much from each of them. Plus, not to be forgotten, I am also grateful to everyone at Petrosains who has directly or indirectly contributed to this amazing journey. Handling Stakeholder management & engagements. 5. Writing formal/informal letters & emails. 6. Creating a database for stakeholder listings. In summary, the PETRONAS PROTÉGÉ-GEES Programme has been a pivotal step in my professional journey, offering unparalleled opportunities for learning and growth. It has prepared me to tackle future challenges with confidence and has laid a solid foundation for my career in the corporate world. The engineer (mechanic) took the interview the following wednesday morning, took the plane this thursday morning from Toronto to Montreal, had medical exam at 1pm and started working as an extra on the ship in the evening by the time he gets Transport Canada endorsement.
