Workplace stress can take a significant toll—on employees and the workplace as a whole. Deterioration of mental health resulting from stress, such as poor emotional health, anxiety and depression, are also associated with decreased productivity and increased presenteeism*.   That’s why identifying and supporting employees experiencing mental health challenges is critical for fostering a healthy and productive workplace.   Clifford and I are passionate about helping teams and organisations pursue their potential and perform at their peak. A big part of this is about putting the necessary supports in place for this to occur.   This is why in 2025 we will now be able to offer accredited Mental Health First Aid Training. Mental Health First Aiders will be equipped with the skills to identify and support colleagues experiencing mental health challenges, fostering wellbeing for everyone.
