This morning I realized I never share client feedback. Each time we get messages from our clients after events, I slide them into a folder called "Feedback" on Outlook, and share them internally to our hosts, operations staff, sales department and management. Copying/pasting feedback into our work chat is always a good boost - makes us proud of the meticulous work we put in for every event, in-person and virtual, makes us grateful to our incredibly talented event host team, and basically just makes our day.
