📝This is what nobody tells you about team-building events.💁♀️ Yesterday, we had an incredible team workout at The Urban Heroes. 🏋️♀️ Thanks to Marlon Schwencke and @Tobias Hessling! I love that at WeWork, we don't just work together; we also stay active together. Our team is close-knit, and these events bring us even closer. The workout was intense but fun. Each class lasts about 45-50 minutes. We pushed ourselves and then enjoyed a refreshing shake together. It was a great way to bond before our big event tomorrow. Here are three reasons why team-building events like this are essential: 🤝 Strengthens Relationships: Working out together helps us connect on a personal level, not just professionally. 🤗 Boosts Morale: Celebrating our efforts with a shake and a chat lifts everyone's spirits. 💪 Prepares for Challenges: Facing physical challenges together makes us more resilient for upcoming work tasks. 🔗 Turns out, these events are not just about fitness; they’re about building a stronger, more cohesive team. 🏋️🏋️♂️🏋️♀️ #Teamwork #Community #WorkCulture

This is our summer team building activity. While we all have a few days “in-office” together each week, summer vacations can make it a bit hit and miss. So, we are co-creating a new world (1000 piece puzzle) together. The only rule is that everyone participates for a minimum of 15 minutes a week and a maximum of 30. Can visitors join in? Sure. 15 minutes. Can two or more work on the puzzle at the same time? Absolutely - though this is not for everyone. (Ambar Syed and Ursula Ladner ) Can you ask the CEO whose office the puzzle is in to take her laptop elsewhere? You bet. Honestly Christopher Kannampuzha and Farzana N. it is totally fine to kick me out!! Once the puzzle is done, our office elder Joan along with her sidekick Nada will choose how to celebrate. And, we will all answer two questions. 1. What did you learn about your colleagues through this co-creation process? 2. What did you learn about yourself? Easy. Fun. A sense of accomplishment. Will keep you posted on our progress. Let us know if you decide to try this and how it goes. Happy team building. #braingames #puzzles #teams #teambuilding

I took my team for an offsite visit and I must say, the energy it brings and the bond it creates, stays in our hearts. Offsite visits aren't just about scenery; they're about energy and stronger bonds. Here's why I believe in them: New Perspectives: Being somewhere different sparks new ideas. During our offsite visit, we came up with ideas we never thought of in the office. Nature's Boost: Being outside makes us feel good. My team felt happier and more excited when we were outdoors during our offsite trip. Breaking Barriers: Offsites make everyone equal. We worked better together and talked more openly when we were away from the office. Building Trust: Trust is important. Offsite activities help us trust each other more. Fueling Passion: Offsites make us excited. We all felt more alive when we did things we loved as a team. Memorable Moments: Offsite memories stick with us. The fun times we had will always bring us closer together. Taking my team on an offsite adventure was worth it. The energy and bond we gained will help us face challenges together. Here's to more adventures! #TeamBuilding #OffsiteAdventures #BondingTime #LeadershipDevelopment

Office Fun, oxymoron? Or moro...('woke' alert!) Be a team player and have fun! DAMNIT! Until early 2020, we have all had to participate in mandatory office celebrations - in person. The uninspired happy birthday drones, the Black Friday rush to the Pizza Party and the inter-office pressure on Hawaiian shirt day! Except for the few extroverts that relish these experiences - I, as a recovering goth and a semi-introverted cynic - find forced fun feeble. Why? Because it is not real. We have all grown a little angrier and more contemptuous overall. We do not have the unnatural enthusiasm to put up with things we consider annoying. However, we all crave connecting with people authentically - more than ever. We realise, more than before, that every minute of our time is precious. I hope there will be an end to the mandatory-fun office obligations, but instead, shift towards natural team bonding interactions.

Everyone is different, but I love coming to the office. For me, it is a great way to connect to the team and collaborate effectively on tasks and projects. Its also more what I am used to having worked in London and commuted every day pre COVID. However, I understand how for many people hybrid working is the best way to be productive due to various factors including travel, being able to finish more at home or just simply having more home-cooked meals. That's why we have implemented this model at 4PointZero. Because everyone should be comfortable while doing their job. We still spend productive time during office days, but we also spend it working from our home desks. And this system works great for us. What are your thoughts on the hybrid working model? Which one is your favourite?
Another Tuesday, another office day 👩💻 👨💻 Lots of things to focus on today and our wonderful team is working hard this morning. What days do you usually go to the office?

Is it just us or has September flown by? And what a month it’s been! It’s safe to say summer ended with a bang 👀 Here’s a glimpse of what we’ve been up to: Secured 6 new projects. Some with existing clients – there’s no better feeling than when our clients trust us with more aspects of their company. Welcomed Kate to the team! A fantastic addition to the BC clan. Held three client workshops. There’s nothing we love more than feeling the buzz of productive face-to-face sessions. Supported our friends at Man Club Jersey in delivering impactful content on the crucial topic of #SuicidePrevention. We’re so proud to be able to help them reach those in need. Enjoyed lots of co-working days in our new office space (only one day a week, we’re still loving the remote life) The Boutique Workplace Company. It’s been the month of new pitches! 5 in total and some very exciting projects to come… Some of the team enjoyed very well-deserved holidays (the rest of us weren’t jealous at all!) We’re gearing up for an exciting team trip this week – a perfect way to celebrate another epic month! What are you looking forward to in Q4? #BrandChampions #MarketingTeam #SeptemberSuccess
