History of architecture is really a passionate topic, and as newcomer to the industry I am really discovering a new, rich world - the simplicity and elegance of material ans lines that we can prize in modernist architecture does not go well with the natural world, the gap man-nature is still too wide. When designing installations for buildings with rich history and character, I draw inspiration from the architecture itself, ensuring that the artistic vision harmonises with the client’s needs. For this project, the creative challenge was to transform the entrance space into something exciting. The natural inspiration came from the spiral staircase within the disused chimney stack, channeling its energy flow into the foundation of our new artistic installation. The installation mirrors the staircase’s unique structure, integrating dynamic, digitally controlled lighting that pulses in colorful waves, echoing the flow of people throughout the building. Inspiration: When you admire the Eiffel Tower and think, "Wow, a giant metallic croissant would look amazing in my city!" So, you create something new, unique, and deliciously original. It's like looking at your neighbor's garden and planting your own exotic flowers instead of...erm...borrowing theirs. So, architects, let's be the croissant creators, not the Ctrl+C culprits.
