Watch this video and focus on the innate biological and emotional need of our kids to feel attachment with their parents. Withdrawing, not coming to them when they need us, not letting them express emotions - all these are unhealthy for our kids. The more we are attached and nurturing our relationships with our kids, the better they can learn, grow, and become healthy adults. Nurturing relationships with out kids keeps them healthy. ABOUT COPING WITH BAD TIMES. I am very worry about the fact that all that was reached by education and work to keep a human being living in dignity is going fast backwards. We need to anchor in a firm point, as a belief or a goal, to resist the information overload and drop into pesimism. That makes people bitter and hopeless, it paralises and brings up shame. There are always ways to get out of any crisis. ■ Surviving is the first one. ■ The second is to live in the short term.
