Why I Struggle to Open Up (And Why It's Okay) As a founder, I often feel the pressure to have it all figured out. Truth is, I don’t. At first, I struggled to open up to my team because I feared they’d see me as inexperienced or unsure. But here’s what I’ve learned in this journey: vulnerability is not a weakness—it’s a strength. Admitting that I don’t have all the answers has been one of the hardest things to do, but it’s also been the most rewarding. When I finally opened up, I found that my team was more supportive, more engaged, and together, we became stronger. We’re all figuring things out as we go, and that’s okay.
