How do you create a good work/life balance 🌱? There can be many different answers to this question, depending on who you ask. We are all unique individuals with different needs when it comes to establishing a healthy balance between our work and personal lives. One thing that I find important is the ability to structure how and when I work. I am grateful that at MSD Danmark, we have the option to have a flexible work life, such as working non-traditional hours or remotely if needed. This provides a great sense of freedom and helps protect our mental well-being. I personally know the significance of finding a balance between my work and personal life, and how they influence each other. During this month, as we observe Mental Health Awareness Month, I hope it serves as a reminder for all of us about the importance of maintaining a healthy work/life balance and how we can collectively create the best conditions in the workplace to support it 🙏.
