Loudest Wins I swear that this is one of the common approaches to prioritisation; the loudest shouter gets the work done. I wish it wasn't so. If you think this is you, speak with the business. This is the time to get the organisation to help make those decisions. When they understand the "why" of a change, they will also appreciate the impact (positive or negative). It's only then that we can honestly do what's best. "Loudest wins" should not be an option.

Today we took “a helicopter view” to the next level Creating a Strategic Plan takes getting your key decision makers out of the business and in to a space where they can look at the business as if they were an independent entity. We are getting a lot of requests to run Strategy Days, whether they be half or full days. What we add is to allow the business owners to participate as part of the team, rather than run the day. We facilitate the day so the key decision makers can focus on collectively creating their aligned path for the next 12months. When was your last “Strategy Day” and were all of your key decision makers simply able to be part of the team? Want to add this to your annual Strategic Reset, reach out and let’s chat: https://lnkd.in/gWzWmJGr #strategyfacilitation #strategyreset #directors #growth

It's not rocket science: when strategy aligns with execution, things happen. 🧭 🎯 While there are countless strategies to leverage, true progress comes from aligning every action with your core principles and clearly defined objectives to create cohesive and meaningful growth. This week, I met with a business owner eager to drive growth. When I inquired about their mission, vision, values, clear objectives, and measures of success—the foundational elements guiding their decisions—I received hesitant or unclear responses. They've navigated without a compass or a clear destination. And yes, that works, but I find it extraordinarily helpful in steering your ship. There may be many reasons for this, but I see so much value in taking a moment to look up and asking "Where am I going?" #BusinessStrategy #StrategyExecution #MissionVisionValues #PurposeDriven #StrategicPlanning #PurposefulLeadership #ExecutionMatters
