If we are serious about looking at sustainability in transport I think they should stop building direct onto chassis. This truck probably still good (I don't know it personally, for attention only) but the horse / living area could go a whole lot longer.. why not have an attachment system that allows the box to be taken off and fitted to a new truck? even if it is welded on but able to be released when the time comes . now, I'm not truck builder so will have a cjatt to my friends at Hobson's Horsecoaches and see what his take on it is.. too much wastage, I see so many nice horse boxes just go to trash simply because the truck is too old or has too many issues and is too expensive to repair. They could make the box a certain size for C2 or C4 then fit it out, attach to truck of which you might need to identify certain models that will work and off you go.. worth a thought at least... https://lnkd.in/g7DXQdZ3
