Useful protocol for single cell #genomics #researchers. 👇 FixNCut preserves cellular integrity while allowing flexible sample handling, making it suitable for settings where immediate processing isn't possible. It supports single-cell assays like scRNA-seq and ATAC-seq and is compatible with various biological samples, ensuring RNA and DNA integrity. Additionally, FixNCut enables multi-center studies by facilitating sample fixation at collection points, reducing artifacts associated with stress or necrosis, and enhancing the reproducibility of single-cell analyses.

Does prediction of cognitive scores in AD trials require modeling the complexity of brain networks? Can we choose another option and use simpler QSP model, filling the gaps with the help of animal data? In our collaborative work with #GSK, we combined several pathologic mechanisms of #AD in a #QSP model to embrace different types of AD biomarkers. Despite its conciseness, the model enables description of full clinical dataset: PET(Aβ)/MRI(volume)/CSF(Aβ/tau) data, and finally, electrophysiology. Please visit our poster W-061 at #ACoP to see how this approach can be applied to prediction of therapy effect on #cognitive scores.
